The Alert Label comes in two parts. The smaller tells you to look inside the folder. The larger details temporary or permanent information of interest. There is room for notes to be made in pen or pencil and the label has a high quality peelable adhesive so it can be removed without leaving gum residue when no longer relevant. The Alert Label ensures that important information is not overlooked.

The label has a matt surface suitable for handwriting with pen or pencil and a high quality peelable adhesive which will stick firmly but leaves no residue when removed. There are perforations between each label on the roll so they can be neatly and easily separated.

We supply many hospitals with this label. It tells everyone handling the Case Note after discharge that it is uncoded and alerts the Records Clerks in the library if it gets past coding without action. It is 1" x 1/2" printed black on white with peelable adhesive of a very superior type which will not leave a residue on the case note after removal, and comes in rolls of 1000 in dispensers.
