OUTGUIDES

In any busy filing system, "filing and finding" efficiently is the key. Knowing when files are out of the system and where they have gone is very important. Looking for files which have "gone walkabout" costs a lot of money and causes aggravation. 

Outguides are used to mark the position of a file while it is off the shelf. The pocket temporarily holds papers which arrive when the file is out (especially useful for unfiled mail). When the file returns the Outguide is removed and can be used for another file. The body is double thickness to improve rigidity, making Outguides excellent for use with portrait or landscape filing. The tab projects boldly and is big enough to flag with coloured, numbered or lettered labels to identify the user. 

As with our File Guide Dividers, there is an option to have a routing card pocket attached.

Strongly made of vinyl in a choice of red or blue in A4 or Legal/Foolscap size.
